Festival-competition
The international festival is a competition in which children and teenagers, as well as artistic directors, take part.
The age of the participants is under 21 years old. The Art Cup of St. Petersburg is open to all residents of Russia, as well as foreign countries
Diplomas and awards
All participants receive diplomas. The winners of the competition program receive diplomas and medals. The winners of the Grand Prix in each competition are cups.
Also, diplomas are awarded to artistic directors who have prepared the winners of the festival
Catalog of participants
The participants of the festival are published in the catalog "New faces in Art". The catalog publishes the authors of works of art and photographs of artistic directors.

Способы участия
There are two equivalent forms of participation:
IN ABSENTIA and IN PERSON:
- Full-time participation (in person): originals of stationary works or personal participation of the performer are exhibited at the festival;
- Correspondence participation (in absentia): the festival exhibits photocopies of works in an art book (A3) or on media (foam board, frame or easel) or recorded videos of performances.
All participants are published in the "New Faces in Art" catalog and receive a diploma.
Special awards are provided for the winners - medals and letters of thanks to the artistic directors.
Registration sequence
Choosing the form of participation
Stage 1
The author determines how he will participate:
IN PERSON or IN ABSENTIA.
All participants have equal rights and are evaluated on the same 10-point scale, regardless of how they participate in the project.
Registration of artworks for the Festival
Stage 2:
Prepare photos of the works from 1 to 20 MB, and fill out the registration form
Payment of the registration fee
Stage 3:
The author pays the registration fee. It is ABSOLUTELY necessary to send a copy of the payment or a screenshot of the registration fee to the organizing committee's email address: info@spbfestival.info
Confirmation of the Organizing Committee
Stage 4:
After the author has sent a receipt or screenshot of the payment of the registration fee to the organizing committee's email address, he receives a final confirmation from the organizing committee about participation in the project.
After that, the author, who participates in person, prepares the works for the exhibition. The author participating remotely submits his work to the Organizing Committee of the exhibition. An absentee participant follows the news.

Various workshops, lectures and creative meetings will be held during the Festival. The schedule is being formed.
Teachers and practicing artists and craftsmen have the opportunity to hold their own master class, creative meeting or commercial presentation. To do this, you need to send an application for consideration to the Organizing Committee in the form of an electronic form
(go to the "SUGGEST A MASTER CLASS" section).
Pay attention: The organizing Committee provides a diploma, indicating the surname, first name, patronymic of the master, the educational institution and the name of the master class!
St. Petersburg Art Cup at one of the best exhibition venues in St. Petersburg - in the Great Hall of the Imperial Society for the Encouragement of Artists, in the St. Petersburg Union of Artists.
All participants (full-time and part-time) participate in the following programs:

All participants of the Festival participate in the competition: works and performances are evaluated by leading representatives of the Art World according to a 10-point system.
Full-time participants present their creativity and skills face-to-face, exhibiting their works at an exhibition or performing on stage.
Correspondence participants submit their work electronically. The photo or Video is viewed by the jury members and evaluated according to a 10-point system.
Creative works participate in the competition program and are evaluated by members of the Expert Council (jury), consisting of professional figures and art researchers: artists, art historians, theater critics, vocal and choreography teachers. Based on the results of the jury's work, lists of winners are formed for each age category and in each nomination. The winners of the competition are awarded with cups, medals, diplomas from the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Council of the competition, recommendations for artistic directors, participation in a number of foreign exhibitions and festivals.
